Design Team Update

Oh my goodness, I am so excited.

 I finally signed my contract with "Scrappin in the City"

(may favorite scrapbook store) 

So...

It is official, I am a now a real Design Team member for the coolest 

scrapbooking store east of the Mississippi!!

The store is actually about a two hour drive from my house, so I have to carefully plan out my trips to get my supplies and drop off my pages and books.

 It's a little more difficult but for me it is worth it to be able to design for the best.

Of course, while I was there, the first thing I did was go shopping!!

 I found these papers and embellishments by Bella Blvd. 

So cute!

So here we go....

On my first layout I mostly used Bella Blvd paper and embellishments. 

I also used some Heidi Swapp "Sugar Chic" for the background, shipping tags and paper dollies.

I have been playing around more with stencils and layering with different textures, so the background is stenciled with white polka-dots. 

For the second layout, I also used Bella Blvd papers and embellishments. 

 For the center cluster, I fussy cut out some of the printed dollies and made my own little owl.

I inked a wood veneer camera pink by Studio Calico and coated it with Glassy Accents.

I can't wait to get started with those Christmas papers!!
